Fun, Educational, STEM Children's Books

Here's what parents are saying about this book: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

5 of 5 Stars

Emotional Literacy at its best!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️5 out of 5 Stars Emotional Growth – Mrs. Kim, Child Psychologist & Mom “Gehru’s emotional journey is a masterclass in self-awareness for kids. He starts off believing strength means dominance, but through Jorka’s calm confidence, he learns empathy and self-reflection. I’ve used this book in therapy sessions to help children identify their own feelings and rethink how they treat others. It’s a powerful tool for emotional literacy.”

5 Stars!!!

Masterfully a 5 Star effort!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Masterfully a 5 Star effort! Inclusion & Diversity – Dr. Ahmed, Parent and DEI Advocate “As a parent who values diversity, I was thrilled to find a story that addresses prejudice in a way young children can grasp. Gehru’s initial fear of Jorka’s differences mirrors real-world biases, and the resolution is empowering. It’s not preachy—it’s honest, relatable, and hopeful. I recommend it to any family looking to start conversations about inclusion.”

Well written and teaches great life lesson

Please Note: This review was written before there were illustrations ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️By a. diddle diddle 5.0 out of 5 stars Well written and teaches great life lessons in a fun way. (Reviewed in the United States on Amazon) This one's content is much better than so many out there. Illustrations are just what the book needs to make it a must have for all kindle owners with young kids. I found it for free so my "purchase" wasn't helpful as far as proceeds towards adding pictures, but hopefully this review will spar some interest in potential buyers in the future. Update: This review was done prior to adding illustrations. 5 of 5 Stars STEM & Curiosity – Mrs. Patel, 2nd Grade Science Teacher “This book is a hidden gem for sparking scientific curiosity in young minds. Gehru and Jorka’s underwater world naturally invites questions about marine biology—what makes sharks and orcas different, how ecosystems work, and why diversity in nature is essential. I used it to launch a mini-unit on ocean animals and adaptations. The story’s emotional arc blends beautifully with STEM learning, making science feel personal and relevant.”

Definate 5 Stars for me!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Its a Definate 5 Stars for me! Teamwork – Mr. Thompson, Parent of Twins (Age 6) “My kids were glued to this story! Gehru’s journey from bully to teammate shows how working together can be more powerful than standing alone. The moment he realizes Jorka’s strength isn’t a threat but a gift was a turning point for my children—they started using the phrase ‘Jorka moment’ when they choose kindness over competition. It’s a great read for reinforcing cooperation at home.”
